King Kylie is back! Though did she ever really leave? Debatable, but either way Kylie Jenner is out here rocking teal hair, re-releasing a bunch of faves on Kylie Cosmetics, and dropping new music.
And if you're wondering how Kylie's new song "Fourth Strike" is doing (we'll get to the lore in a moment), we have some exclusive stats from Spotify. Since October 14, searches for "Kylie Jenner" have increased 2,730% on Spotify globally, while streams of the song that started it all, "3 Strikes" by Terror Jr, have increased more than 210%.
In case you're new to the whole "3 Strikes" thing, back in 2016 fans were convinced that Kylie was secretly singing on the song.
Cut to October 14, and Kylie teamed up with Terror Jr. for "Fourth Strike," saying "There was a little rumor 10 years ago that i was the one actually singing on 3 strikes! it wasn’t me (wish it was) so i had the idea to come together for fourth strike and it would actually be ME FEATURED!"
The song is obviously popular considering these new Spotify stats, but on top of all the streaming, King Kylie has received more than 2.2M artist profile views on Spotify AND there are more than 11.4K user-generated "King Kylie" playlists on Spotify (top tracks include "Tumblr Girls" by G-Eazy, "One Dance" by Drake, "This Could Be Us" by Rae Sremmurd, "Trap Queen" by Fetty Wap and "Let Me Love You" by Justin Bieber & DJ Snake).
In other words, King Kylie is killing it.
